This "4-7-8 Breath Technique" method comes directly from yogic literature and is oftentimes used by "occultists" to enter the various Altered States of Consciousness.
Even full-blown Satanists have been known to use this method to contact their spirit guides, which in actuality are demonic forces hateful to God, Jesus Christ, and all Christians.
