See The "Jesus Calling" Sarah Young Devotional Series - Expose Archive.

  • About That Jesus Calling - 10 Things, You Might Not Know - by Lighthouse Trails Editors.  Purchase book here: https://www.lighthousetrails.com/home/695-another-jesus-calling-expanded-2nd-edition.html )

    • 7. Did you know that Sarah Young’s “Jesus” revises the night that Jesus Christ was born and calls it a “dark night” in a “filthy stable” in “appalling conditions” even though the Bible says the shepherds rejoiced in all that they had seen that night? 2

  • The 10 points above have been taken from Warren B. Smith’s new book, “Another Jesus” Calling. This book provides valuable information that can help you warn your family and friends how the “Jesus” of Jesus Calling contradicts the biblical Jesus. Notes: 1. John Ankerberg & John Weldon, Encyclopedia of New Age Beliefs (Eugene, OR: Harvest House Publishers, 1996), p. 103. 2. Sarah Young, Jesus Calling, p. 376. 3. Jesus Calling, June 15th entry.

  • On pages 116-117 of Warren B. Smith’s book “Another Jesus” Calling, Smith explains how New Age teachings and buzz words are being used in the Jesus Calling. Former New Ager Warren B. Smith writes:
    • “Not that long ago, New Age terms like ultimate reality, universal presence, Love-Light, Light-bearer, supernatural plane, living channel, divine alchemy, co-create, paradigm shift, and true self were sure indicators of someone's New Age/ metaphysical orientation. All these terms can now be found in books such as Jesus Calling and are rapidly becoming part of the everyday language of the church. In Sarah Young's 2012 book Jesus Today, her ‘Jesus’ refers to his “infinite intelligence.” A quick search on the Internet for the term leads to multitudinous New Age/New Thoughts websites. In New Age language, infinite intelligence refers to God “in” everyone and everything. In fact, New Age channeler Esther Hicks calls her spirit guide Abraham ‘Infinite Intelligence.’...As the church merges more and more with the spiritual language of the New Age, and also excepts New Age practices and disciplines into the church, then compromised spiritual beliefs are the result. Faith then becomes watered down, blending easily with a world where New Age beliefs are already mainstream. Ultimately, everything has to be unified for a New World Religion and a New World Order to take effect.” ("Another Jesus" Calling - How False Christs Are Entering The Church Through Contemplative Prayer, (Eureka, MO: Lighthouse Trails Publishing), 3rd printing, August 2014), p. 116-117.
